Heavy Machinery Mechanic

We are looking for the Heavy Equipment Mechanic to work full time with our company.

Interested Candidates should possess the following

Job Duties:

• Must be familiar with Caterpillar, Komatsu, JCB, Cummins, Kubota and all major engine brands and have the knowledge to troubleshoot the engines.
• Perform heavy equipment maintenance activities including installation, repair, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
• Disassemble and reassemble engines, gear box and mechanical units to inspect.
• Repair and overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Rebuild hydraulic cylinders, valves, planetary drive units, suspensions, springs, bushings, and kingpins.
• Perform recovery operations as needed.
• Act as point-of-contact for maintenance issues in absence of Maintenance Supervisor or Foreman.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Minimum Five years of heavy vehicle maintenance experience in GCC.
• Must have good knowledge in Caterpillar, Komatsu, JCB and other construction machines.
• Must be experienced in troubleshooting of Hydraulic systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
