Job Title: Sales Engineer – Capital Equipment Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in capital equipment and heavy machinery sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and providing technical support for our range of industrial machinery products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities.
- Engage with clients to understand their technical and operational requirements.
- Promote and sell capital equipment solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare technical proposals, product presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams for project customization.
- Conduct product demonstrations and attend industry exhibitions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Achieve sales targets and report market trends, competition, and feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in capital equipment or heavy machinery sales.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial machines, equipment performance, and customer applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings, site visits, and exhibitions.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
