Heavy Truck Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver to join our UAE-based operations. The ideal candidate should hold a valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license and have hands-on experience in operating heavy trucks, trailers, or other commercial vehicles. This role involves transporting goods/materials safely and efficiently while adhering to UAE road regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy vehicles such as trailers, trucks, and container carriers for transporting goods.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of materials to assigned destinations across the UAE.
• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance checks of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain proper documentation related to deliveries, fuel, and logbooks.
• Follow company policies, traffic laws, and road safety regulations.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods when necessary.
• Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or delays immediately to the transport supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned vehicle.
• Cooperate with warehouse/logistics/dispatch teams for scheduling and routing.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 4 or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a heavy vehicle driver in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE road networks and traffic rules.
• Ability to communicate in basic English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
• Physically fit and able to work in long shifts or under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
