Al Qawafel Transport LLC is looking for a highly experienced Heavy Truck Mechanic + Garage Supervisor to join our team.

Position: Heavy Truck Mechanic / Garage Supervisor (Combined Role)
Location: UAE
Experience Required: 10–15 years in heavy truck maintenance
Truck Types: Volvo FH, Scania, MAN, Mercedes, and other heavy-duty trucks
Probation period: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy trucks (engine, gearbox, differential, electrical & air systems).
• Oversee day-to-day garage operations.
• Supervise mechanics and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure timely servicing of fleet.
• Ensure safety standards and workshop discipline.

Requirements:

• 8 years or above of solid experience in heavy truck mechanics.
• Strong knowledge of Volvo FH, Scania, and similar European trucks.
• Ability to manage a team and take full responsibility for garage operations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Available to join immediately (preferred).
