Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic

• Inspection and Diagnosis:Inspecting diesel engines and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical faults, often using diagnostic tools.
• Maintenance and Repair:Performing scheduled maintenance and carrying out repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
• Troubleshooting:Diagnosing and resolving issues with the proper functioning of diesel engines and related machinery.
• Engine Work:Assembling, installing, and removing diesel engines and their parts.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and vehicle electrical systems.
• Experience:Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or in a related role, often with a minimum of 2-5 years required.
• Certifications:A high school diploma or technical certification in automotive/diesel mechanics is often preferred or required.
• Driving License:A UAE driving license can be an advantage for mechanics who need to test vehicles.
