Job Title: Heavy Vehicle Driver / Concrete Pump Driver
Industry: Ready-Mix Concrete

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently for transportation of construction materials.
• Drive and operate concrete pump trucks for placing ready-mix concrete at construction sites.
• Set up, operate, and clean concrete pump equipment before and after pumping operations.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and batching plant staff during concrete pours.
• Ensure proper positioning of the pump and hoses to achieve safe and accurate concrete placement.
• Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the vehicle and pumping equipment.
• Follow all traffic laws, site safety rules, and company HSE policies.
• Maintain trip sheets, logbooks, and basic operational records as required.

Job Requirements:

• Valid GCC Heavy Vehicle Driving License. Expired UAE License after 2017 can be considered too.
• Previous experience as a heavy vehicle driver in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Willingness to work and be trained as a Concrete Pump Driver / Operator.
• Experience in operating concrete pump trucks is an advantage (boom or line pump).
• Good understanding of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to work long hours, shifts, and overtime when required.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ready-mix concrete (RMC) operations.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Team-oriented and safety-conscious attitude.
