Heavy Vehicle Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver to accommodate employees from camps to site and operate and maintain heavy-duty vehicles to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods and materials. The ideal candidate will have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL), excellent driving skills, and a strong commitment to safety with zero health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate vehicles Light and Heavy to transport goods to various locations.
• Operate Vehicles to accommodate workers from camps to sites and shift them from one site to another.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle inspections, and delivery documentation.
• Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery schedules.
• Communicate with Supervisors and Managers to confirm timely transport.
• Perform basic maintenance and report any vehicle issues promptly.

Qualifications:

o Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.

o Proven experience as a Heavy Vehicle Driver.

o Good knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.

o Ability to operate and maintain Light and heavy-duty vehicles.

o Strong organizational and time-management skills.

o Physical stamina and good health.

o Excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Long hours and overnight trips may be required.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical effort involved in loading/unloading cargo.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
