Job Summary: The Driver with Beach Cleaning Responsibilities will be responsible for providing transportation services and maintaining the cleanliness of our beautiful beaches. The ideal candidate will be reliable, environmentally conscious, and committed to the preservation of our coastal areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Following the daily transport schedule.
• Ensuring colleagues are transported safely to and from the staff accommodation.
• Ensuring adherence to the bus sitting and standing capacity.
• Bringing any major accidents to the notice of the senior management.
• Maintaining the shuttle bus in proper working order.
• Scheduling any shuttle bus servicing and maintenance appointments.
• Helping passengers with loading and unloading their luggage if any.
• Ensuring that there are no physical and verbal disputes during the journey.
• Following daily beach cleaning schedule.
• Maintaining the beach cleaning machine in proper working order.
• Scheduling any beach cleaning machine servicing and maintenance appointments.
• Training new drivers on board to use the beach cleaning machine when needed.
• Adhering to the safety rules on the island at all times.
• Ensuring the proper use of PPE while working and adhering to the Resort’s safety and hygiene protocol.
• Maintaining a calm composure at all times.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Light Vehicle, Light Bus license. Heavy Bus license is an advantage and ensure all safety protocols are followed, with a clean driving record.
• 5 years previous experience as a driver preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting and bending.
• Strong commitment to environmental conservation and community service.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Candidate must be available locally in UAE.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
