Heavy Vehicle Driver

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide transportation for employees and visitors.

Follow up on the driver planning and scheduling.

Deliver payment transfers to the bank and/or the suppliers.

Submit entry visa applications for official travel to various Embassies/Consulates and collect visas.

Deliver correspondence to government authorities.

Facilitate airport pickups and transportation during official visits.

Schedule annual vehicle examinations for service vehicles with the HR Coordinator and apply for the renewal of the vehicle license.

Determine when and what kind of maintenance the vehicle needs, and keep track of general maintenance schedules, especially car tyre condition.

Ensure sound running of the vehicles assigned and arrange minor repairs where necessary.

Check oil and tyres properly and keep the service vehicles in clean condition, both inside and outside.

Keep track of timely car insurance renewals.

Update monthly mileage records.

Maintain logbook of each service vehicle on daily basis.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Completion of secondary school.

Fair knowledge of the English language.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: -

Completion of secondary school.

Possession of a valid driving license for the required classes of vehicles.

Light & Heavy License

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
