Heavy Vehicle Driver

About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and safety-focused Heavy Duty Vehicle Driver / Equipment Driver to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy vehicles and equipment while ensuring compliance with road safety regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials, equipment, and personnel to designated locations.
• Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections before and after use.
• Report any mechanical issues, defects, or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete required operational records.
• Assist with loading and unloading activities when required.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to support operational needs.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (relevant category).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating heavy-duty vehicles and/or construction equipment.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and vehicle operation procedures.
• Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic checks.
• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and responsible driving practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, construction, infrastructure, logistics, or industrial projects.
• Experience operating equipment such as boom loaders, forklifts, backhoe loaders, excavators, rollers, or similar machinery.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and equipment safety procedures.
