Heavy Vehicle Driver

FUNCTIONS

• Drives respective service vehicle with capacity and as per the traffic law.
• Maintains telephone contact with base or supervisor to receive instructions or be dispatched to new location.
• Maintains vehicle log sheet according to Workshop Department policy.
• Completing Septic Tank Emptying Request Form usually done by Heavy Duty Driver working on Cesspits.
• Receives information from Call Center and fill-in data in Daily Complain Distribution form usually done by Light Duty Driver/Team Leader under Blockages.
• Responsible in Drop-off/Pick-up of site employees to their work assignment.
• Cleans, inspects, and services vehicle.
• Reports any defects of the vehicles immediately to either direct superior or Workshop Supervisor.
• Coordinates with direct superior or Workshop Coordinator for any traffic violations or penalty incurred.
• Complies with the Workshop Department policy for the regular maintenance of company vehicle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Both Heavy and Light Duty Drivers are working in all departments. They report directly to Foremen, Supervisor or Site Engineers.
• Perform preventative and regular maintenance of company vehicle with coordination with Workshop.
• Availability to attend any emergency.
• Performs all duties according to Company Policies and Procedures.

Pay: From AED2,300.00 per month
