We're looking for an Heidelberg CD 102-6-L + UV machine operator who is a highly skilled professional responsible for the operation and maintenance of a complex, multi-unit printing press. This role requires a strong understanding of offset printing principles, color theory, and the specific functions of the Heidelberg CD102 model, including its inline coating and UV drying capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Press Setup and Operation:

- Set up and calibrate the press for proper paper feeding, impression, and delivery.

- Manage the UV and coating units for special finishes and quick drying.

Quality Control:

- Monitor the press during production to ensure consistent print quality.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.

- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or operational problems to minimize downtime.

- Report major issues to maintenance technicians.

Safety and Productivity:

- Accurately record production data, including job times, material usage, and downtime.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
