Job Advertisement: Heidelberg CD Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced Heidelberg CD Offset Printing Machine Operator to operate and maintain Heidelberg CD presses, ensuring high-quality printing, optimal machine performance, and timely job completion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Set up, operate, and run Heidelberg CD offset printing machines

· Read and understand job cards, layouts, and printing specifications

· Ensure accurate color matching, registration, and print quality

· Monitor production output and make adjustments as needed

· Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of the machine

· Maintain cleanliness and safety of the press and work area

· Reduce wastage and ensure efficient use of materials

· Coordinate with pre-press, finishing, and quality control teams

Requirements:

· Proven experience operating Heidelberg CD offset printing machines

· Strong knowledge of offset printing processes, inks, and substrates

· Ability to handle tight deadlines and high-volume production

· Good eye for color, detail, and quality

· Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team
