We are looking for an experienced Heidelberg CD and SM Machine Operator to run and maintain offset printing machines with accuracy and efficiency. The operator will be responsible for setting up the machine, preparing printing plates, monitoring print quality, and ensuring smooth production flow according to job specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Heidelberg CD (CD102) and SM (Speedmaster) offset printing machines.
• Adjust ink, registration, and color settings to achieve high-quality print results.
• Load paper stock, install plates, and monitor the printing process for consistency.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the work area.

Qualifications:

• Ability to detect and correct printing errors quickly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality output.
• Team-oriented and able to work under pressure.
