In this role, you’ll work closely with developing agents, helping them build strong foundations, sharpen their skills, and deliver a world-class experience to their clients. You’ll be a steady presence, a guide, and an example of what’s possible in this business.

What You’ll Do

• Teach, mentor, and support developing agents as they grow their skills and confidence
• Use RMG’s training systems and curriculum to guide agents through best practices
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen agent development and client experience
• Provide thoughtful feedback and insight that supports both agent growth and brokerage standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate sales experience in Alaska
• Strong understanding of sales, negotiation, and client service
• Passion for coaching, training, and agent development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret and explain data for agents and clients
• Previous coaching or training experience is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
