Senior Helpdesk Administrator

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85009 ( Onsite )

3 Months Contract


Job Description:

The Senior Helpdesk Administrator supports desktop applications, web-based applications, client/server applications, computer/networking hardware, standard operating systems, internally developed custom applications, etc. Position is restricted to local candidates and job duties cannot be performed remotely.



Knowledge and Experience


Minimum 3-5 years working experience in an IT field

  • Customer service and interaction
  • Intune
  • O365 Experience (including OneDrive, Office products, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Familiarity with software installation
  • PowerShell commands and scripting experience
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
  • AWS SysOps and infrastructure/architecture
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Palo Alto firewall
  • IIS
  • Intune Administration


Potential certs: AWS, Microsoft, or network-related certs, A+, Network+, Security+, any Microsoft Certs
