Help Desk & Field IT Technician, Entry Level

Perform IT operations for our 26 Dealerships to include:

Responsibilities:

-Technical troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, printers, phone and basic network equipment
- Service desk support and maintenance with "help desk" ticket fulfillment
-In dealership support for equipment replacement, changes and trouble shooting
-Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
-Responds to telephone calls, email and ticket requests for technical support
-Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent organizational skills; mush be able to balance priorities
- Knowledge of IT systems including desktop & laptop support, applications, network & basic VoIP
- MS Office suite proficiency
- Customer service experience
- Self-motivated and takes initiative to go beyond the minimum requirements
- Ability to relate to people at all levels including executive management

Will provide company laptop.

Must have reliable transportation for in dealership visits.

Hours will typically be 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. Rotating Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
