Help Desk Level 2 IT

Seeking a level 2 Help Desk to add to our team.
Preferred skills to include but not limited to:
  • Windows 7,10,11
  • Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2021, 2025
  • Systems administration including Active Directory, Windows Group Policy
  • Troubleshooting DHCP, DNS, file, and print services
  • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft MS Office 365
  • Experience with RDP and Citrix
  • Experience with Remote Management Tools
  • Citrix
Salary based on experience
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car
