Help Desk Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and calls in a timely manner
  • Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management
  • Support employee onboarding by setting up systems, accounts, and required tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues or escalate when necessary
  • Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and onboarding procedures

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and IT support concepts
  • Some experience or exposure to onboarding/offboarding processes is preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow in an IT support role
