Help Desk Support

Hurco Companies, Inc. is looking to fill a Help Desk Support / Desktop Support role at our Indianapolis facility. This position will be responsible for installing, modifying, and making repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems, and providing technical advice and support to business users.

Position Duties:

• Provide tier 1 desktop support for end users
• Take over primary ownership of phone system
• Provide backup responsibility for servers and VMware Support

Requirements:

• 2 years previous experience supporting desktop environment
• College degree or related training in lieu of experience
