Help Desk Support Specialist

Note:

This position serves as the Operations Analysis Technician at a state prison. This position provides assistance to computer system users. Answers questions or resolves computer problems for clients primarily in person, but also via telephone, email or from remote locations.

Qualifications: Vocational or Technical degree in computer applications, computer technology or a closely related area from an accredited college

OR
High school diploma or GED AND One year of experience providing software/hardware customer support or technical assistance to computer users.
