We are looking for a Help Desk Technician / IT Support Specialist to join our growing team at ITC Area Solutions W.L.L. in Doha. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, helping users stay productive by quickly resolving IT-related problems and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Respond to help desk tickets via phone, email, or ticketing system
• Troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, email, and basic network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and devices
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when needed
• Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
• Support user onboarding/offboarding (accounts, devices, access)
• Ensure timely resolution of support requests and service quality

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of IT systems, Windows OS, and common software
• Understanding of troubleshooting principles
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
• Team player with a problem-solving mindset
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus but not required
