About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Help Desk Technician to support end users and perform day-to-day IT operations across office and warehouse environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of desk support, field work, deployments, and hands-on technical tasks.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the technology users interact with daily, while working closely with senior IT staff to escalate more advanced infrastructure issues when necessary.

What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, login/account, printer, and connectivity issues
  • Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and user peripherals
  • Manage support tickets using Freshservice
  • Deploy, replace, and install hardware and equipment
  • Perform field support and installations in office and warehouse environments
  • Assist with inventory management, staging, and decommissioning of devices
  • Escalate issues appropriately with detailed documentation and troubleshooting notes

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of Help Desk or IT Support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Experience with Active Directory and ticketing systems
  • Comfortable performing physical IT work and traveling between locations
  • Strong communication, accountability, and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the IT team

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Intune, Entra or endpoint management tools
  • Exposure to CCTV or surveillance systems
  • Experience with structured cabling or VoIP systems
  • Warehouse or multi-site support experience

Work Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel between locations/sites as needed
  • Availability for occasional after-hours or emergency support
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 50 lbs)
  • Comfortable performing physical IT work including installations, mounting equipment, and cabling assistance
