Role Description
The Help Desk Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Irvine, CA. This role involves providing technical support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. Daily responsibilities include managing help desk inquiries, and ensuring optimal performance of systems through routine diagnostics. The Help Desk Technician will also assist in setting up and configuring equipment to meet user and institutional requirements.
