Overview
We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide hands-on IT support in a
federal client environment
. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, user interaction, and working in a structured, mission-focused setting.
What You?ll Do:

Provide Tier I/II support for end users

Troubleshoot issues with:

Windows desktops and laptops

Microsoft Office applications
-
Network connectivity and peripherals
-
Respond to tickets via phone, email, and in person

Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software

Support user onboarding and system setup

Escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance
-
2?5 years of IT support experience
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Experience supporting Windows-based environments
