Role Summary
The Helpdesk Agent provides first-level IT support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, system reliability, and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end users

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues

Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems

Monitor system performance and alerts, responding to potential risks

Manage and track IT asset and inventory records

Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in helpdesk or IT support roles

CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and ITIL Foundation
certifications (preferred)
