Role Summary

The Helpdesk Agent provides first-level IT support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, system reliability, and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems
  • Monitor system performance and alerts, responding to potential risks
  • Manage and track IT asset and inventory records
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in helpdesk or IT support roles

  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and ITIL Foundation certifications (preferred)
