​We are hiring a dedicated Helpdesk Executive to support our Facility Management team in Varthur, Bangalore.
​Role Snapshot:
​Ticket Logging: Record all facility maintenance requests.
​Call Handling: Professionally manage user calls regarding facility issues.
​Coordination: Coordinate maintenance requests between users, the Operations Team, and Technical/Vendor Teams.
​SLA Follow-ups: Ensure timely closure of tickets as per service agreements.
​Reporting: Prepare basic MIS reports on service requests.
