Job Description:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact with the Government. Provides leadership and oversight for IT support services and related ITIL processes, ensuring they are executed efficiently and consistently.
  • Responsible for guiding knowledge management as well as training and workforce development initiatives.
  • Works closely with service managers, technical and operational leads, the service desk, and other contractors and providers to ensure smooth, coordinated service delivery across the environment.
  • The helpdesk lead is responsible for reviewing and approving technical solutions and developing effective schedules for the program.
  • Manage program/project schedules and resources to ensure deliverables meet government schedules.
  • Resolve all issues/problems, allocate resources, manage project personnel, and manage project operations/performance.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • Develop and present In-Process Review (IPR) slides on a quarterly basis for all open projects supported by this contract.
  • Prepare and provide ad hoc slides for management and attend meetings as required.

Qualifications (Must Haves):

  • Ten (10) years of relevant experience managing IT Support Services.
  • ITIL Certification: ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL 4 Managing Professional, ITIL 4 Strategic Leader, ITIL 4 Practice Manager, ITIL 4 Extension Modules, ITIL 4 Master
  • Demonstrated understanding and implementation of ITIL principles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams of IT professionals with a mobile workforce.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, information systems, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active Public Trust clearance, or the ability of attaining one.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
