Helpdesk / Network / Application Support Specialist

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1-2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN.

Support basic networking: LAN/WAN, WiFi, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN.

Handle application support for ERP/CRM/HRIS/SaaS tools.

Install/upgrade hardware & software; maintain tickets and documentation.

Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
Required Skills
-
3-6 years in Helpdesk/Desktop/Network/Application Support.

Strong Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory experience.

Solid troubleshooting and customerservice skills.
-
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
-
Must be local to NYC and able to work onsite.
