Position Overview

Configures PCs, VOIP phones, iOS devices, network devices. Works with vendors to maintain the devices. Responds to end user queries.

Education and Training

• Highschool Diploma with Information Technology specific training or exposure.
• Must have a clean and valid Driver’s License and a personal vehicle
• Position may involve occasional travel, mostly driving

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good understanding of PCs, office network devices such as printers, scanners, VOIP phones, etc.
• Basic understanding of networking (IP Addresses, DNS, etc.)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to deal with vendors and push open items to completion
• Exposure to Audio-Visual systems is a plus
