Helper

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in accordance with established procedures.

· Provide general assistance to production operators, such as fetching tools, fixtures, and components. Prepare workstations and equipment before production runs and clean up after completion. Assist in simple assembly or packaging tasks as directed.

· Maintain a clean and tidy production area by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and properly disposing of waste materials. Empty trash bins regularly and ensure a hygienic work environment.

· Under the guidance of maintenance technicians, assist in basic equipment maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, greasing moving parts, and replacing consumables. Report any equipment spills or leaks promptly.

· Undertake other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor, such as helping with inventory counts, moving equipment, or participating in minor facility improvements.

Requirements:

Education:

· No formal educational requirements; on-the-job training provided. Must be able to read english.

Experience:

· Previous experience in a factory or industrial setting is advantageous.

· Competencies and Skills:

· Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.

· Willingness to learn and follow instructions with diligence.

· Basic understanding of safety procedures and practices.

· Good teamwork and cooperation skills.
