Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining offices, common areas, and facilities.
  • Support the FM team in minor maintenance tasks ​-plumbing, painting, electrical support as required.
  • Help in moving furniture, equipment, and materials within the premises.
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintenance of hygiene standards.
  • Assist in setup and arrangement for office events or meetings.
  • Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the FM Supervisor.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the FM Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance equipment is a plus.
  • Good time management and reliability.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, facility maintenance, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
