Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Helper to assist skilled workers and supervisors in daily operations. The Helper will support tasks such as preparing materials, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting with basic duties to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, or technicians) with daily tasks
• Prepare work areas and clean up job sites
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
• Handle basic tools and equipment safely
• Support installation, repair, and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
• Good communication and time-management skills

Work Environment

• Work may be indoors or outdoors
• May involve standing, lifting, bending, and working in various conditions
• Exposure to noise, dust, and construction materials
