Helper

Job Purpose

To assist operators, technicians, and supervisors in daily operational and maintenance activities by performing general support tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, safety compliance, and cleanliness at the worksite or plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist operators, drivers, mechanics, and technicians in daily work activities
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Support cleaning, washing, and housekeeping of work areas, plant, and equipment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time
• Assist during maintenance and repair works as required
• Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and materials
• Follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies at all times
• Report unsafe conditions, damages, or incidents to the supervisor
• Help in basic tasks such as mixing, lifting, guiding vehicles, and site preparation
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Strictly follow HSE rules and procedures
• Wear required PPE at all times
• Maintain clean and safe working conditions
• Immediately report accidents, near misses, or hazards

Job Requirements

• Minimum education: Basic schooling preferred
• Experience: Freshers or minimum 1 year experience in a construction/industrial environment preferred
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and outdoor conditions
