Helper

• Assist Installation Work
• Help technicians install air conditioners, chillers, ducting, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment to the worksite.
• Support duct fabrication and installation.
• Support Maintenance Activities
• Clean air filters, coils, and vents.
• Assist in routine inspection of HVAC systems.
• Help with preventive maintenance tasks.
• Repair Assistance
• Help identify faults under technician supervision.
• Assist in replacing belts, motors, and other components.
• Hold or secure parts during repair work.
• Material Handling & Site Preparation
• Load and unload HVAC equipment and materials.
• Prepare tools and ensure proper storage after work.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Follow Safety Procedures
• Use PPE (gloves, helmet, safety shoes).
• Follow site safety regulations and instructions.
• Assist in safe handling of refrigerants and electrical components.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of tools (spanner, drill, cutter, etc.)
• Physical strength and stamina for lifting equipment
• Willingness to learn technical skills
• Ability to follow instructions carefully

Work Environment

• Construction sites, commercial buildings, hospitals, malls, and residential projects
• Work may involve heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Usually works under HVAC Technician or Site Engineer supervision
