Helper

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Construction Helper to support daily site operations. The candidate will assist skilled workers, maintain cleanliness on-site, and ensure materials and tools are readily available. This role is ideal for individuals who can work in a physically demanding environment and follow safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, and other skilled workers on-site
• Load and unload construction materials and tools
• Transport materials within the worksite as required
• Clean and prepare construction sites before and after work
• Assist in mixing concrete, mortar, and other materials
• Help in installation works (blockwork, plastering)
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers
• Maintain safety standards and use protective equipment at all times
• Help in setting up and dismantling temporary structures (scaffolding, barriers, etc.)
• Dispose of waste materials in designated areas
• Follow instructions from site engineer/supervisor

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction is an advantage but not mandatory
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and flexible hours
• Basic communication skills (English/Hindi preferred)
