Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.


• Basic physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving objects.


• Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability.


• Good communication skills in English.


• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a helper, assistant, or support role.


• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and procedures.


• Basic knowledge of inventory management or administrative processes.


• Ability to operate standard office equipment and tools.


• Flexibility to work varied shifts or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of workspaces, equipment, and materials as needed.


• Support team members by performing general tasks such as organizing supplies, handling deliveries, and maintaining cleanliness.


• Help with loading and unloading materials or products, ensuring safe and efficient handling.


• Perform basic administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management when required.


• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to understand daily priorities and complete assigned tasks promptly.
