Helper

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Civil Helpers to support our ongoing infrastructure and building projects in Dubai. You will assist skilled tradespeople such as masons, carpenters, and civil engineers with manual labor, site preparation, and material handling to ensure daily site operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Preparation & Maintenance: Clearing debris, hazards, and cleaning work areas to ensure safety.
• Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials (steel, concrete, bricks) and tools, often requiring significant physical stamina.
• Trade Support: Assisting carpenters, steel fixers, plumbers, and masons by holding materials, mixing concrete/mortar, and passing tools.
• Physical Labor: Assisting in manual excavation, trenching, digging, and scaffolding setup.

Requirements

• Experience: Generally 1–2 years in construction or telecom, though freshers are sometimes considered.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy loads and work long hours in varying weather conditions.
• Skills: Familiarity with basic hand tools and construction materials.

Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
