Job Summary

The Helper assists technicians and maintenance staff in daily site activities, material handling, cleaning, loading/unloading, and supporting maintenance works. The role requires physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, and willingness to work at different project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians during maintenance and repair works.
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment to work locations.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools.
• Support electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry, painting, or civil maintenance works as instructed.
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment.
• Follow company safety rules and site regulations.
• Assist in shifting furniture, equipment, and site materials when required.
• Report any damages, safety hazards, or issues to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements

• Basic reading and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in maintenance/construction field is an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime if required.

Skills

• Hardworking and disciplined.
• Good teamwork and cooperation.
• Basic knowledge of tools and site work.
• Ability to follow instructions properly.

Working Conditions:

• Indoor and outdoor site work.
• May require lifting heavy materials.
• Work at different project locations as assigned by the company.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 1000 AED
