Helper

Job Description:

Blue Coast Water Sport is looking for a hardworking and reliable Water Sports Helper to support daily beach and water sports operations. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, energetic, and able to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing water sports equipment for daily operations.
• Help launch and recover Jet Skis, boats, kayaks, and other water sports equipment.
• Assist guests with life jackets and safety equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the beach area, equipment, and storage facilities.
• Support loading, unloading, and moving equipment as required.
• Assist captains and instructors during activities.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Help with inventory organization and stock handling.
• Follow company safety procedures and UAE water sports regulations.
• Support the operations team with any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Basic English communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather.
• Good attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Swimming skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience in water sports, beach operations, or outdoor activities is an advantage.
• Age: Below 35 years.
• Male applicants only.

Experience:

• Water Sports / Beach Operations: Preferred but not required.
