Helper/ Driver assistant for foodstuff delivery

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper / Driver Assistant to support the delivery driver in loading, unloading, and delivering foodstuff items safely and efficiently to customers and company locations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the driver in loading and unloading foodstuff items from the vehicle.

* Ensure proper handling of products to avoid damage during transportation.

* Help in arranging and stacking items inside the delivery vehicle.

* Support timely delivery of goods to customers, restaurants, supermarkets, and warehouses.

* Verify delivery items against invoices or delivery notes.

* Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and storage areas.

* Assist in checking product quantities during dispatch and delivery.

* Follow company hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures.

* Help the driver with route deliveries and customer coordination when required.

* Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor immediately.

* Perform other warehouse or delivery-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

* Physically fit and able to lift items.

* Basic understanding of loading and unloading procedures.

* Ability to work long hours when required.

* Good teamwork and communication skills.

* Previous experience in foodstuff delivery or warehouse work will be an advantage.

* Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards is preferred.

Working Conditions:

* Outdoor and warehouse work environment.

* May require lifting, carrying, and moving heavy cartons and food products.

* Flexible working hours depending on delivery schedules.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
