Helper - Electrical

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Electrical Helper to support electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities. This role is suitable for candidates with basic electrical knowledge and a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with electrical installation and maintenance works.
• Support cable pulling, conduit installation, and wiring activities.
• Handle and organize tools, materials, and equipment at work sites.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems under supervision.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in electrical works or a similar support role.
• Basic understanding of electrical tools, equipment, and wiring systems.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, construction, or maintenance projects.
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety practices.
