Helper for Waste Collection Truck

Job Description:

We are looking for a Waste Collection Helper to assist the truck driver in daily waste collection operations. The role involves physical work and requires the ability to handle waste bins safely and efficiently from residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the truck driver during waste collection routes
• Drag, pull, and move waste bins from buildings to the collection truck
• Load and unload waste bins carefully and efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of waste during collection
• Follow safety instructions and company guidelines at all times
• Support smooth and timely completion of assigned routes

Job Requirements:

• No education required
• Physically strong and fit to handle heavy waste bins
• Comfortable with manual labor and outdoor work
• Willing to work morning or night shifts on a rotational basis
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Morning and night shifts
• Rotational shift schedule
