Helper (Mechanic)

We are seeking a reliable Helper to assist experienced technicians with vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on mechanical experience while working in a safe, structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Mechanics: Handing tools, fetching parts, and supporting during complex repairs and overhauls (engines, hydraulics).
• Maintenance: Performing routine tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, lubrication, and brake pad replacements.
• Cleaning & Organization: Keeping the workshop, tools, and equipment clean; managing hazardous waste.
• Vehicle Prep: Washing, fueling, and prepping vehicles for service or dispatch.
• Safety: Following all safety guidelines, operating equipment under supervision, and potentially spotting vehicles.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Basic automotive/mechanical understanding, strong mechanical aptitude.
• Skills: Proficient with hand/power tools, physical strength, dexterity, good communication, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
• Attributes: Willingness to learn, reliability, and a desire to advance in the field.
• With Driving License

Work Environment

• Physical: Involves standing, lifting, bending, working with heavy machinery.
• Conditions: Can be inside/outside, around moving vehicles, and potentially in remote areas with adverse conditions.
