Duties

• Assist skilled tradespeople by carrying materials, tools, and equipment to designated work areas
• Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing supplies, and setting up necessary safety barriers or equipment
• Support with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas
• Help with basic maintenance tasks under supervision, such as cleaning debris
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Perform routine site inspections to identify hazards or issues needing attention
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the project to promote efficiency and safety

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or maintenance sites
• Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Inwood, WV
• Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
