Helper/Packer (Easytruck Warehouse)

Job Summary

We are looking for strong, physically fit, and reliable men to join our operations team as Helpers/Packers. As the backbone of our moving services, you will be responsible for the heavy lifting, professional packing, and safe transit of customer belongings within our world-class warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Professional Packing: Wrap, pack, and secure heavy household goods, large office equipment, and fragile items using Easytruck materials.
• Heavy Loading & Unloading: Manually move, lift, and carry heavy items from trucks to storage units (and vice versa) with care and precision.
• Inventory & Layout: Assist in labeling heavy crates and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse layout for easy retrieval.
• Furniture Assembly: Handle the manual disassembly and reassembly of large furniture pieces during moves.
• Site Safety: Ensure a hazard-free workspace by following strict safety protocols for manual handling.
• Team Support: Work alongside our drivers with a positive, "can-do" attitude during physically demanding shifts.

Requirements & Skills

• Physical Strength: This is a high-intensity manual labor role. You must be able to lift heavy items (25kg+) and stand/move for long periods.
• Language: Basic English communication skills to follow operational instructions.
• Work Ethic: Punctuality and the ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in heavy lifting, moving, or construction is an advantage.
• Team Player: Strong ability to work in a male-led crew environment.
