Role: HGV Class 1 Day Driver

We are looking for a reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Day Driver to join our team, working from our Burton-on-Trent site.

The role will involve general haulage and retail distribution work, carrying out deliveries and collections in a safe, professional and timely manner.

Duties include:

Driving Class 1 articulated vehicles
Completing deliveries and collections
Carrying out daily vehicle checks
Ensuring paperwork is completed correctly
Representing the company professionally with customers
Working closely with the transport office

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 1 licence
Valid Driver CPC
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Good understanding of drivers’ hours and WTD rules
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
Previous Class 1 experience preferred
