HGV Driver – Ad Hoc / Part-Time

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced HGV Driver for ad hoc part-time work to support our growing fleet hire business.

This role is ideal because, unlike most driving jobs, there is no heavy offloading at delivery points — it’s mainly drop and go.

The Role:

• Vehicle and trailer deliveries & collections
• Flexible shifts based on workload
• Mainly local runs
• Ensuring vehicles are operated safely and professionally

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Licence (Class 1 or Class 2)
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Good knowledge of driver hours and regulations
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Good communication and customer service skills
