HGV Class 1 Driver days

DJV Transport & Forwarding LTD is a well established haulage company with a modern fleet of trucks under 6 years old based all over the UK.

We are looking for a LGV class 1 driver to work from our Tilbury Depot working days, Delivering timber and plywood to places like: Travis perkins, Selco's, other builders merchants and timber yards.

LGV Class 1 benefits are:

• 50 Hours Guaranteed (£16.00 Per hour,breaks not deducted)

Driver Responsibilities:

• Strap and secure loads making sure good are fit to travel
• manage hours effectively - planning ahead for breaks whilst still achieving delivery requirements.
• report any defects
• expected to keep themselves and vehicle tidy and presentable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £16.00 per hour
