Hub Logistics, based in Swindon, Wiltshire, is hiring professional Class 1 drivers to join our energetic team. We deliver excellence across the UK with a modern fleet of curtain side vehicles and we’re growing fast.

• Monthly Bonus: £200.00 (That’s £2,400.00 extra per year!)
• Salary £33,625.00
• On-Target Earnings: £36,025.00
• Upon Passing 3-month probation your salary increases to £34,125.00 (OTE £36,525.00)
• Average 46 hours/week with a weekday off when you go above and beyond
• No overnight stays – Home every evening (unless this is something that interests you)
• All deliveries forklifted – No tail lift work
• Supportive team culture with regular customers and great relationships

Your Schedule:

• Start between 05:00 – 07:30
• Average shift: 06:30 – 16:00
• Routes across the UK – every day is different

Your Role Includes:

• Begin at your scheduled time (provided the day before
• Conduct daily vehicle checks
• Secure loads and couple/uncouple trailers
• Completing 6–7 deliveries per day
• Ensure accurate paperwork and provide excellent customer service
• Delivering top-tier service to our valued customers

What You’ll Bring:

• Full UK Driving Licence with C+E entitlement
• Valid CPC Card
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
• A flexible, customer-focused attitude
• New drivers welcome – we’ll support your growth
